Management and HR of company is worst. Managements sole aim is to reduce finance budget and HR has target of deducting employs salary for one or other reason. If you go out of the way to solve customers issues and maintain good relation fir company it will backfire on you. You cannot grow here. Cannot expect even normal salary hike unless you resign. Even when you resign they will retain you on your terms but wont abide by them later ( when you have lost the opportunity )

Not good working environment,Bad HR policies,Take so much time to F&F, HR team treat employees like beast, Senior employees don't know how to behave with junior employees

...they ask you to sign a mandatory bond of 2 years even for experience candidates. They stop your salary if you resign and you ll hardly stand a chance to get it after resignation. Work culture is not so professional, i suggest no one should join this company as it iruins the career of an individual.

Worst Management. CEO is with very much attitude. QC department's position is very bad. People of purchase are worst, they believe themself owner of the company. Don't join such company any how.
