Job security is there and timely payment of Salary and expenses. Overall policies for senior level is good but not for starters.

Company doesn't recognize people who have been associated with it for longer period, though they have been loyal to it, still doesn't have a chance to grow up to next level.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are Good. Appraisals are fair and they give lot of skill.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Poor Culture, Seniors treat reporting employee as their servants. Gives slangs in front of fellow employees and in Market. No role of HR, only new hirings or releaving. No market instruments. No recognition. No new opportunity to current employees.

...xplore. But my company where I work is not satisfactory. Bcoz Monopoly is here. Good employee suffering but ear feeding, backbiters getting high salary n getting promotion also. It happens bcoz of this plants management only.
