Only salary expect is good coz it's got credit on time. Other all Knowledge, skill development, motivation, encouragement, support, learning, leadership everything is pathetic. Totally dictatorship.

The company is very good in terms of infrastructure and learning. Being apart of quality team i get to learnand apply many new things and gain knowledge. The team mates from my dept. as well as from other depts. are very helpful.

...mes the work pressure exceeds and due to that i have to work for extended hours. And speaking about compensation its decent.

The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and readily adopts the latest technology. I feel proud to be a part of a process-centric team that ethically caters to a huge client base.

Compensation is not that great they give you increments on your pay scale if you are joining with a high salary then it's fine but joining in a less package your increment will never be satisfactory. Innovative ideas gets dampened easily of the executive from the management.No cafeteria (meal) available for the employee.

Poor Culture, Seniors treat reporting employee as their servants. Gives slangs in front of fellow employees and in Market. No role of HR, only new hirings or releaving. No market instruments. No recognition. No new opportunity to current employees.

...xplore. But my company where I work is not satisfactory. Bcoz Monopoly is here. Good employee suffering but ear feeding, backbiters getting high salary n getting promotion also. It happens bcoz of this plants management only.
