...xplore. But my company where I work is not satisfactory. Bcoz Monopoly is here. Good employee suffering but ear feeding, backbiters getting high salary n getting promotion also. It happens bcoz of this plants management only.

No incentives, no systematic works, Cannot take samples from company. No Headoffice visits. No employee satisfaction in terms of perks and benefits. No vacation tour by the company not even once a year. No Gifts on festivals to the lower level employees.

Company expectations It's simple and understandable. Like work is not complicated. Overall my company work experience is safety to career growth.

I think my own experience with company salary it's not like good. I feel it's low package I have.

Workers are unprofessional and mannerless. Hardly any training and safety culture. Poor infra and old machinaries Lack of systems

Work life balance, salary always on time. No nepotism are there as in other groups. Job security is also there except any blunder.

Dislikes

Company policy are against employees, like strict timings, HR always looking for salary deduction. No employee welfare policy, zero fun activity.
