... non-technical (apart from production, qa & maintenance) u have lesser impact. Non-technical team getting lesser compensation and promotion. Few very old employees has been established grouping in plant and playing own game despite of management expections.

No other company gives as much increment as this company gives. Salary credit is available before 31st. And not like company who give less salary and give some salary later in the name of incentive.

Here work is done according to the system, salary is received on time, timing of working hours is good, come on time and go on time.

There is a lot of politics here, those who are local are supported, there is no canteen, here the staff is here for 12 years, they are not transferred, the boy from the other estate is harassed,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Poor Culture, Seniors treat reporting employee as their servants. Gives slangs in front of fellow employees and in Market. No role of HR, only new hirings or releaving. No market instruments. No recognition. No new opportunity to current employees.
