1. Very poor management with negative mindset. 2. No job security 3. No further scope of learning and career Harasshment and torture of employees on large scale 4. No canteen facility 5. No working environment 6. Poor HR policy 7. Overall Lala company with their own making policies and culture to harass people and destroy their independance for the sake of their Ego. 8. No parking facility.

Sitting arrangement with computer which communication good(Included email)& monthly parts tracking easy & document available on system.

The environment they provide and implementation of their rules and regulations are excellent

Dislikes

Zero tolerance policy for love affairs thats disgusting Everyone knows about themselves, what to do and what not to do, why would anyone want to be humiliated in their office, that too for someone they love, how useless these rules are if someone else in the company is doing something wrong. Is. Doesn't mean everyone likes them

If you are involved in production department then it is a good company but if you join quality department then hardly any company will be worse than this because here quality department is responsible for every small and big mistake but to do so much Even after you will not get any respect and due credit for doing any good deed. In the name of teamwork and quality, this company will spoil your career.

So much rules and regulation that is only made for quality department not for production department.
