The process of being an appraisal analyst is like a great experience to learn about the preparation process of an appraisal report

Need to achieve 8.5 hrs of production per day in night shift it was terrible because u would not be getting enough flow of work to achieve the productivity and there is huge politics and favouring people and there is only 3 days leave available for every quarter of the year and u r a contract based employee so that you would be getting any insurance coverage or sick leaves so every single leave extending (i.e 4 th leave of that taken with in that 3 months even if u fall sick) it's loss of pay and after 6 months you are only extending the employment not a permenent employee

Aa you are a basic level worker, There is no support from management. If you are a time passer and not focus your future you should apply this position. No job security. I'm wasted my one year of my career here.
