Working with park inn by radisson lajpat nagar is a good experience as its my first hotel from where I started to work before the name of the hotel was Vikram hotel . Staff are friendly and management is very cooperative all work like a family.

From my point of view the dislike of the hotel is of the salary as a hotel is a radisson brand the salary should be up to the mark.

My HR Ganesh mishra makes pressure on me that make a written application in which I wrote that as per gov rule company provide my April salary but they don't provide any salary or even on 2nd June they terminate me with written order.This hotel or company not provide any support to their employees even before this lockdown every employee worked 11-12 hours per day without any over time charge. I have every proof and all recordings

Company is not supportive in this pandemic covid19. Even I request please provide atleast 50% salary but they refuse

...t all supportive have terminated staff at provision period and than asked staff to leave giving 1 month salary without paying may and june salary gave 33%of april salary..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow, not a perfect place to work from MD side ..corporate tries but MD doesn't listen.

I have good experience but i know my managers give mentally pressure to fight with him and he succeed and don't give me experience letter I have work 7month still now and I have some medical issue bcoz my health is not well right now so i want 15days off but manager told me if you going home than i dont give you leave if you give resign I will Accept than i give my resign that time and my manager play with me and don't give me experience letter and though me out..i dont expect.jo v hota hai ache ke liye. One thing I learn don't love your company. Love your job. Thank you parkinn for good experience.

The environment is awesome. Love to work here. General manager Mr. Sauman kumar dey is very professional and helpful. Other department also cooperative. Personal and professional life is balanced.
