Nothing is likable except the infrastructure. No availability of basic requirements. I got CoVID positive working in the hospital. Hospital took no responsibility for it. Didn't pay.

...t even allow your allotted leaves. They take no responsibility of their doctors. I acquired infection working in isolation ward, they took no responsibility of it, didn't pay my salary for the quarantined period. Behaviour is very rude and harsh.

It's a good place to work...there's up nd down in every firm so is here also but overall It's a good place to work...job security is there...5 star frm my side...

The working environment was very friendly, I really learned a lot. As it was my job experience I really had a good time. I would highly recommend this hospital for the one who wishes to work as a Nutritionist.

...they want us to falsely admit the patient even if there is no need to admission. Moreover, they want doctors to work maximum and they don't want to pay even their salary. I resigned Park Hospital with a completion of notice period as discussed with HR Mr. Parminder as well as CEO Dr P.N. Kakkar on 18th May, 2021 but at the end of my last even after meeting him I didn't recieve my salary i.e., Rs 80,000/-. When I talked to Dr. Kakkar on not receiving my salary he said that I haven't completed my notice period even I completed it as discussed and he said the he can't do anything. I even have call recordings of me with Mr. Parminder regarding the same. They won't let me meet Dr. Ankit Aggarwal M.D of Park Hospital group because they were affraid that they will get caught. I will suggest no one to go to that hospital neither as a patient nor as a Doctor or Nurse. For patients if anyone is going there their pray for god that you or your relative get saved from that hell.

Good work environment and culture management is very good company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow
