No job security assured,work culture not up to the mark,unprofessional management

Payslips & designation does not match with the offer letter,Every month different payslips of different salary given,management not professional and do not treat employees professional way,travel policy not practically created

It's a good feild to enter but some situations make it difficult. Managing lot of multi-tasking is not easy in the beginning but later on u either adjust of just go with the flow. Ppl in company are supporting to an extent. Policies are not employed oriented instead it favour the company in all possible ways. Management is skilled but execution is missing.

The company is readily adoptive to latest techniology.I love been a part of the finance team.All the colleagues here are really friendly and kind .The work environment is very pleasant .

The good thing was knowledge that I gained from the company. Also I have become a multitasker because from being a microbiologist to an accounts incharge and receptionist, I have done it all.

Dislikes

The work place is unorganised. There is no work life balance and no appreciation given for thr work that I did. There were lot of deductions every month for unecessary reasons like not arranging the chairs. There is no process of promotion or increment. The management interferes employees personal life when it is not required or asked for.
