Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths.

Company is very good and but poor management but there job security is very bad if you are job here then your job is not secure permanent company will be terminate ever ...

All three partners are mad specially Amit i.e. they dont know what type of person/employees they want. During interview, they selected me as finance analyst - Cost department. And when I joined they give me profile of Purchase. In past, I never work in Purchase department - Civil works. They dont give me any training or induction - dont introduce their staffs members. Its really horrible experience to work with Parikh Construction.
