The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

It's worst firm ever I seen.

...us, Increament and etc.. (Evey small CA Firm have the Bonus and Leave policy.) When I was join my salary is 25,000/- per month but they are paying me 20,000/- per month and when I'm concerned with the Admin than they said it's the firm policy. The reason for deduction is every new and old employee leaving there job without saying beacuse of the organisation environment. That's why they holding there Salaries. Just think over it, that type of mentally they had. (They also taking signature on the agreement and contract more than 10 pages and it's only in favour of the management please read that before signing)
