By safety point of view they have some system for employees like they provide the safety shoes / Safety helmet etc ... ..

Dislikes

...ee... And HR has to be straighten. HR should co-operate to lower level staff .. During off season they should not give the without pay leave to the staff ... Need to be engaged some other unit .

Nothing here, no work gets done on time.

Dislikes

Market issues are not correct on time, no one listens for quality. Salary does not come on time. Senior officers do not talk properly to their employees. There is no senior support in the market.

One of worst organization in Dairy Foods Industry to work with. Pathetic salary structure, No PF, No Diwali Bonus, and Medical benefits, HR mostly recruits from personal contacts.

...orld 2. He feel satisfaction while abusing (ma bahan) to head of department 3. During Covid period 15 days salary deducted of workers despite of full duty. 4. To satisfy self ego MD terminates to smart and good performing employees. Only boot licker HOD /. Seniors can survive in this organisation. 5. All plants having full of dirty politics. 6. There is no any Proper HR policy, no any payroll software. All data are manipulated. 7. VRS never given gratuity of employees even though they deducted from salary. 8. One of the worst organisations in the world.
