...my entire tenure I have suffered despite of top performance in the organisation. No one informed me about the frequent delay in Salary for two months without any increments over last 5 years. Culture is pothretic as only people who can do buttering have a great future. Promises are made to be broken is the simple strategy. On my last working day I have submitted my exit interview sheet to owners and HR after knowing there was no use. My team was highly motivated and roper performers in the company and got recognitions quite a few times. Only because I tried to inculcate basics of work and deciplinery aspects top management started acting weird and almost entire team resigned with me. Few of them are with me and I have helped few to get the desired job in the market. Thanks

Pathetic culture, no hierarchy , no decision making , KRA’s not clear.. etc etc

...rked for almost 15years in the this organisation, have seen ups and down also. Earlier the salary was not paid on time. But now its paid on time. Rapidly growing organisation. Alternative Saturday off to provide good work life balance. Good medical benefits for employees

I like the job profile, got good work explosure, Learned software .

Nothing as much , ya but Salary delayed was not good part. But atlast they paid. Otherwise I enjoyed working in Paranjape 😊. Politic is everywhere in corporate world. So this is not politics it was challenge.

Top management is supportive. Chances of growth are high here. Staff is supportive. 10 to 7 Office time

Dislikes

Dirty politics. Insecurities of managers. Managers don't want to help you. Typical uncle mentality. No growth and vision by reporting bosses. Most of the staff is 40+ only. No future for new generation.

The work culture is very good and ethical here with job security. The management is very supportive in all aspects.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike in the company as such except the absence of recreation and picnics only😔
