Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

The owner and the accounts team is good.. But overall there is nothing special about the work environment. Although its deals with hospitality services but there should be some thing for the welfare of the employees.

Dislikes

...rs a day with out any additional facility.. There is no proper leave stracture.. They also delay in salary payment.There is no particular rule for bonus calculation.

The whole paramount staffs are working like a single unit..the owner Mr.Naresh treat his staffs Doctors and nursing staffs as his family member..although he is little strict but its natural as he is doing buisness not social service..there is little issue with leaves as its a nursing home not normal buisness

Paramount must emphasis on staff benefits..i even didn't get my joining letter after working 1year..even department head has given me 7 days leave for my marriage..no PF ..no benefits which was promised at the time of joining..

Thank you very much sir nd medam I m so happy Mujhe bahut acha laga job kr ke I m lucky person mujhe NABH party k liye bhi invite kiye. Paramount is a great hospital Life me Kabhi bhi mujhe moka Mila to me zaroor joine krunga paramount. Or me Chahta hu humara hospital bahut bahut uper Jaye nd god luck everyone.
