Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high due to the lack of sound management experience of front line managers.Managers do not value an individuals's unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

No criteria at the time of leaving company, they will ask you for 2 months salary even in probation.
Will deduct security amount also which will mostly non refundable.
They take decisions as per their rules no such standard rules are followed.
If you are young and beautiful or handsome then you can enjoy all the perks by Dr Suman(branch head) especially boys otherwise you will be treated like shit.
They do very much micromanagement for girls as head herself is very much insecure.
There is nothing to like about paramount office. I was working in Pune branch. There are so many issues with salary. Salary deduction with every na month with no clarification. HR services are worse. In working environment manager and branch manager is not supportive.

Or not provide any email for the same. After joining I received my confirmation letter after 1 year when I left job. The company is not appreciated to employees for their works.
Very Less Salary, and very Less Appraisal every year like 800 Rs, 900 Rs. Etc. in comparision of our performance. Not even 10% appraisal. Every time they say we have less budget. Only few people get good appraisal.
...n the final when I was in csm dept. So I would like to say gaming should happen. I can't say about salary hike bcz I joined paramount defore 5 years but If I gets increased my salary well, then today my salary would not have decreased. Bonus was getting good every year but now getting half bonus of that.
We should not discriminate against any employee in which should think to management. Those who are well educated and experienced should be given a chance to move forward. Salary doesn't matter for me, but I have a success fully completed my 5 years in which management should be think about me. I would like to say about training or Interview which should be well but right now not up to the mark.
