Nothing it is a bad. Toxic workplace. Specifically the privacy and GRC team is pathetic. The team is full of muslims who discriminate and torture others.

Dislikes

No structure or process of work. They foool the clients by filling unnecessary excel files which makes no sense to the clients. The head Nitin Rajotia is not having any technical knowledge and relies of Smruti and few Muslim project leads who also do not have any knowledge whatsoever. The project leads are hell bent on completing 5 hours of work in 5 mins, else they will create hostile work environment for you. You will end up working for 15 hours daily with taunts everyday from cheap Muslim girls. Rameen, Hifza and Ilma - you are worst.

Likes

Nothing is good. Bad management. Poor work culture, poor job security. No growth. Irritated clients. They provide so cheap services that they ask general employees to sign 2 years non compete clauses.

Dislikes

The company lacks proper management. The management is poor and lacks processes. The projects are worked on an ad hoc basis. Clients are unhappy and yell at tem members for over promises by management and under delivery. They prey on gulf based clients and deliver bad quality work. Nitin Rajotia is a sales guy and not sure why he has been made GRC team head.

Likes

Company is really good for those who want to learn new technologies and grown in the career. People are encouraged to take up new initiatives or projects. Ample of work-life balance, freedom because of which people delivery better. Once of the best companies in UAE and Middle East Region.

Dislikes

There is constant improvements as issues reported are looked and worked upon. Hence I won't say anything here....
