The MD & CEO is a highly talented man. He is an intellectual but he needs a strong team who can drive his ideas and vision. He needs to invest in skilled manpower and give them the liberty to bring changes. The current team he holds is incapable in doing the same.

Dislikes

Lack of skilled Manpower, lack of policies, No KPIs defined for managers. No appraisal plan, No career graph defined. Excessive bossism.

Likes

Need to focus more on work rather only discussing the future goal. Never ever the company has succeeded a goal. As it's 30 years old company. Should be out of book and lecture.

Unprofessional approach of the company from top level to lower level.

I love the fact that ideas are so welcome here. Out-of-box thinking is always encouraged here.

Since its a small company, there might not be as much scope for promotion in designation. But the scope for learning and development is immense.

Though I was a employee of parameter software Pvt Ltd , from my point of view the only liking thing is my teammates.

I dislike one thing of parameter software that it don't allows its employee to celebrate any indian holiday like independence day as well as republic day though we are Indians.
