TIP: HONEST Review for freshers only. -Good for such freshers who aim only learning goals, not earning. You should have your family's financial background very strong, assuming that in 3 years you will be paid a stipend-like amount. -You will definitely learn new things. Good or Bad that totally depends on how you will reply back to the company when they pressure you. -You will learn Gujarati, Marathi, and South Indian languages here.

... ₹4800/Annual appraisal. 3. As per our protocols, we already stretch for you. Later then if you still don't agree on that appraisal, you will be forced to accept that 3digit increment or else they straight-away warn you that they won't give you an increased salary and will be continued with the previous. i.e. Take that appraisal or Get the previous salary only. If you tried to get out of this bond, they will be very happy to accept your resignation against 3 Lakhs - 5 Lakhs only. TIP: you have to pay more for the release letter and experience letter. Looting employees by forcing them to break bonds is the company's additional primary business. Please be aware. Connect with ex-employees or currently working people on LinkedIn and them how the appraisal cycle works. They have the right to change your CTC structure at any time. In fact, they can fire you anytime and then charge you for breaking the bond.

No increment, in the name of performance bonus deduction of salary, even if what thay said at the time of joining that much salary also not get fulfilled. They took advantage of freshers and signs agreement for 3 Years (+2/3 months of notice period) Only 12 leave yearly, You have to work 1st and 3rd Saturday also. No respect for employees. Any how if you join in month of let’s suppose in month of Jan you will get 1st apprezal Next year July(18 months), and hardly 2-3% hike

This company cares all about its employees. There are many employee friendly policies such as health insurance, flexible timings, timely salary, awards and rewards are in place. It is definitely a learning curve for freshers.

***This review is targeted at freshers only*** This company has many well-established, multi-national companies as their clients. As a fresher, you might get an opportunity to work for their clients which adds good value to your profile. Most of the employees are freshers and the environment is filled with young people. Many managers and seniors come to help you no matter if you belong to their team or not. Recently, the company started providing training on new technologies such as RPA - Robotics Process Automation and BPM - Business Process Management. Once you join the company, you might feel that you have made a mistake but, if you work on yourself and be consistent you can get a better package after leaving Paramatrix.

...increases but you get a good exposure. You might have to rent out somewhere. 3. Salary and Bonus - Most freshers have no clue how to break down the salary structure. The company takes advantage of this. The monthly amount deducted (for no reason) from your salary will be labelled as Bonus. You won't even get Diwali Bonus or any other bonuses in this company. 4. Appraisals - The increment is quite low. This makes a problem when you leave the company as the next company offers you based on your CTC (and your skills if you crack the interview) 5. Projects - There are no internal projects. Average developers cant survive.
