Dislikes

...rs experience I will give 4 out of 10. No working hours limitations . No food . No extra pay. Manager behaviour is very bad. Sometimes office closed on 1.30 am at night.

I had a good experience and learned new skills which i wasn't aware of , the best part i felt was friendly nature from the Manager and Logistics Assistant Manager , before taking any decisions a small meeting would be arranged and we are free to express our opinion. Job security is not much guaranteed .

Salary is decent but career growth is slow . Before Petrol expenses were allowed but due to some fraudulent activities , the allowance was discontinued . I used to travel 44kms Up and down , so I wasn't able to manage with the Petrol expenses . Some senior colleagues keeps boasting about their experiences and puts their work pressure on new trainees in the name of training , even after an year i faced this same issue . When i addressed this to my Manager , he trusted the senior colleagues and I kept on facing same issues.

At the time of my joining there was a senior executive of more than 4 years of experience in Paragon. He helped me a lot in my life as a sales executive. After 2 years he left the job in search of a better one. For a sales person only an induction training is given by the management and not beyond that. Talking about growth and career it is not at al good. That's why my senior left. The allowances given by the company to a sales executive is excellent. No other company give such a package in this sector. That is really appreciable. Obviously internal management politics is there within each department and sometimes it will go up to the threshold. Up to a certain level work life balance can be maintained. For a bachelor it will not be a problem. Company will highly welcome the innovative ideas but it will take time to implement it after studying all the angles.

Performance appraisal system is very poor and no consideration for experienced persons in the case of grade change and salary revision. No proper training for Sales staff according to their work culture.
