...ely interfere unless required, but always keep a vigilant eye on all activities. Salary structure is horrible & need immediate attention of top management. Rewards for best performer should be introduced. HR policy need thorough overhauling at the earliest.

Company is open to innovation, but rarely adopt it. Reason is simple. Lack of winning confidence of the people those who are working at the floor levels. Ownership of individual has declined. Technically I find no problem in the plant, but few non technical problems need immediate attention.

Nice, helpful people. Scope of learning is there. Management is ready to spend money on ideas. New investment are coming in. Future looks good.

Dislikes

Salary is very less.HR people behave like boss of everyone. Chaos happen out of small reasons. Maturity is lacking in management. Future plans are not solid.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transperent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Good learning opportunities with good job security. Starting package is OK for starters..appx 4lakh p.a. It was a govt company once so govt culture still prevails that is no one listens to anyone. Considering private software industries it's good. Fixed growth between 6 to 10%

Dislikes

Package growth and appreciation is poor compared to other core private sectors. Non executives don't want to become executives due to this reason. No powers are provided to executives and no one listens to management or executive trainee. They are treated like it's a privilege given to work so be grateful. Too much money is held as retention money.

Good working atmosphere, regularly imparting Skills development programmes. Appraisals and recognition based on performance and achievement of objectives.

Dislikes

Business is controlled by Government policies and depends on international market raw material prices. Since Fertilizer buisness depends on climatic conditions and controlled by Government policies growth opportunities were limited.
