Nothing have to like about this company, the worst ever in my 3year carrier.

I've been working there for the last 3 months, but they didn't provide any kind of legal papers like joining letter, offer letter nothing. Beside that no ESI, no PF, no leaves. The manager, the staffs are totally mentally sick , one man the particular one man will harrass you every time infront of the workers. He will single handedly torture you mentally. He have no sense of working culture. Non technical persons are there who will not understand what is going on . Awful experience, awful working culture. Disgusting, total rubbish. Waste of time , waste of energy.

What has been over six months I still didn't get my UAN number PF number working without an ID card police stopped a several times during outstation visit no service books were given for any record. No proper tools were given to us and they always reject our bills.
