do more work than your duty hours, will definately increase your workload without getting inmcrement. boss will happy only if you are working more than your duty time. .

Worst management. Lot of politics especially from CFO. No ethics. No career growth. Worst company. Don't join and spoil your career. Better to join some small company other than this.don't know how to behave ethically how to give respect to employees, Cultureless people. Full of politics.only terminating employees on behalf of reccession reason. if they dont have budget,then why they are recuritning new employess??and spoiling their career. No leaves allowed, leaves only for name sake. If you take leave you will be sack from company next day though anyone died in your family.
