What to say! Once you get in everything will be fine for 3 months, then they start to show you how rough they are. its very difficult to work there even for 6 months. either you have to leave or they ask you to leave.

Work Life Balance. You don’t have to work post office hours especially in Operations.

Dislikes

There is no planning that the company has. Their least priority are their employees. They will pay you well initially with additional benefits and allowance but then they will deduct the allowances. They first over hire in the name of expansion because obviously there is no planning and then they will remove people right and left by saying “there no much work and so we don’t need so many people. we are stable as a company and we have a lot of money but we are cost cutting.”
