Nothing to be like, owner of Pantagone Technologies Mr. Harish Kataria (Pathetic man of this world) He plays with his employees career, if you are planning to join, don't join this company, he will ask you to sell his pathetic & garbage products, and ask you to achieve 1 Crore target in one month by selling his products, all are Chinese products, I have no words for him, he is stupid and dumb person of this planet

There is no job security as you will get fired the very next day and the will tell you not to come to work from next day. Will not give valid reason.

Employees are treated like garbage by uneducated and uncultured owner of the company. Only focuses on selling,doesn't care about aftersale at all. Stupid work culture,MD fires anyone anytime for stupid reasons. Never join this place,they spoil all careers.

I could not find any good things in this organization. His director Harish Kataria is playing in your mind he will give you one dream when you go for an Interview and when you join within a week he can show his true color. He wants within 7 days you to have achieved your target of 1 crore through only Phone calls if you do not do then you are terminated at that point in time. He spoils lots of candidate life by giving false offers. If you to a higher position Sales Manager or other than he will tell do daily telesales and achieve your target without branding and marketing.

There are lots of things to dislike. first is a false comment about your job profile of your JD he will mention other things in Jd but your work is different. 2nd point is there is one sales head Tisha who also plays beautiful games with you within a 2-day training she will tell you where is the result of your sales . She not doing any sales part only backend work she is pretending ohh I m doing lots of work actually she is handling behalf of Harish Kataria office if he is not present there.
