1. You will have to look at chotu and motu working here on the daily basic. On e thing you will never understand is how these people don't come under the management radar. 2. One guys doesn't 2 lines of CSS and another doesn't know anything apart from Chatgpt. 3. But on another hand CEO is extremely committed to make sure he achieved his monthly targets. The pitiful fact in this these not business target, but people targets. 2 got fired these month due to his incompetence and inability to sleep at night (need to cure his insomnia) 4 "Other two co-founder " have knowledge in negative in any of the project. Combination of this can give you have idea of what good this workplace is!! P.S: Thank you chatGPT, I hope my CEO likes me now :P

Got a lot of exposure in terms of working with different technologies and working on projects in various domains.

Dislikes

It is definitely very fast paced as its a start up. Takes time to get used to it but they cant afford to spend time on resources to get upto speed. Hence it does get hard at times.

The confused LT team just giving a lot of pressure on their junior colleagues to get the work done in hurry. A lot of work pressure. They have totally unachievable plans. Burning money at wrong direction. No official timing for work, you might have to work 15-18 hours. And managers will never appreciate your work but if anything wrong happens they will put blame on juniors.
