Dislikes

Kindly do not attend interview at Pando. They make the interview process long and tedious. They had less budget despite knowing that they wasted my time and efforts on the whole the company is not well structured and there HR team is very poor. They are a typical unstructured startup company with poor work ethics and culture.

Amazing company with good work culture and an employee friendly environment with great Infra, Free breakfast, Lunch and Snacks. To add on there is a fun zone in the office to take a break. Thumbsup to the Pando team.
