Kindly do not attend interview at Pando. They make the interview process long and tedious. They had less budget despite knowing that they wasted my time and efforts on the whole the company is not well structured and there HR team is very poor. They are a typical unstructured startup company with poor work ethics and culture.

The work culture is very balanced. Glad to be part of a team where everyone is highly motivated and hard working. The HR/Onboarding team were very enthusiastic and responsive towards the concerns i had and made me feel welcome. Great pay.
