Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company is readily adopts latest technology in real estate sector. Mostly company completed government projects of residential projects and I love that I am a part of a team for completed such projects .

Compensation groth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Compensation is not received in a proper time. Due to financial crises company is not in a position for payment of competition within a proper time.
