Usually like to deal with lot of people must have patience while interacting.. Currently I am working under mahathma Gandhi rashtreey grameena udyoga khatri act... Which is provinding employments to cooli workers... It's like to providing job with constructing fixed asset under mgnrega.... For each work we have to maintain files which contain 22 different forms... Like preparing accepting quatations, capturing and attaching photos keeping preparing bills etc....data feeding in websites... Preparing reports in excel word updating spreadsheet.. Power point presentation..... Preparing challans... Deposits to the banks...field verfiction etcetc

It's an houner to work in panchayath but only drawbacks is There is no esi pf fesility.....

The ignorance of political parties and over politics make more complication in panchayath.Panchayat must be model for human development and over all development in society,and good quality person must be representatives in panchayats
