Through Panchayati Raj, we are able to tell people about the upcoming schemes of the government. We help them and I like this very much.

Low of salary and feild work because we are account cum data operator. After that we have do feild work. That's why we can't stay at office. people are very disturbed about this because they didn't see at office.

The panchayat samiti collects all the prospective plans prepared at Gram Panchayat level and process them for funding and implementation by evaluating them from the angles of financial constraints, social welfare, and area development. In the Gram Panchayat, various issues are discussed like Social issues Water problem BPL benefits Tracking misuse of money, and The undue favour done to a group of people

Dislikes

It has facilitated decentralisation and taken democracy to grass roots level by involving people in decision making about their local problems. It has empowered the backward sections of society and women by stipulating reservations for them in elected bodies.

Likes

Job done here is true and genuine, the work of keeping the Panchayat records, deveploment of villages, helping the villagers to grow with morden living ect.

There is notthing as such to dislike working at Panchayat Samiti.
