Salary and benefit are good. The job role in Customer service is very demanding. There is no place to rest. One has to always keep running to achieve the targets and meet management demands. However, there is a contrasting side, if one is not there in Customer Service division of any kind, then Panasonic is a very good place to work in. Also, the company is very virtuous and there is no threat to job.

The work culture of service division is not good. It is very unhealthy for people down the line.

People in some departments are good else overall culture and working environment is not good

Major salary disparity among employees ( you may find AM getting more salary than manager) No food no transport in case of late sitting, unfriendly hr policy ( salary can be deducted if you are late by 1 min with no consideration of late sitting by hours). Few people oriented company. High attrition rate due to above reason

Nothing. Its a biggest mistake of life to join and working with 3rd class culture and cheap politics. Horrible.

Nothing to like here. 0 work life balance. Poor compensation benefits and overall culture is horrible.

Each day used to start with a meet, not in rooms, each manager used to talk with everyone and give feedback there itself. And not always it was about work.

Delay in internship salary, I had to write a mail to get it.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base. Another Plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here...

Compensation is decent but growth is slow...
