... employees safety, they just paid once an amount to purchase sanitizer and mask. And after that at the time of annual increments, instead of increment all employees salary structure is revised which is not beneficial for a employee.

Seniors somehow understands the actual situation and problems but management policies and how they threaten an employee is like a dictator behavior.

Panasonic is struggling to make sales since a long time. It is highly understaffed due to which there is no work life balance, specially in my department. The management and other teams have very poor understanding of the value of Marketing and we struggle to get work done though agencies because we are not not supported well by the other teams on which we are dependent for the budgets. Any body looking to join under marketing or category management roles- do not join here.

Likes

Salary and benefit are good. The job role in Customer service is very demanding. There is no place to rest. One has to always keep running to achieve the targets and meet management demands. However, there is a contrasting side, if one is not there in Customer Service division of any kind, then Panasonic is a very good place to work in. Also, the company is very virtuous and there is no threat to job.

The work culture of service division is not good. It is very unhealthy for people down the line.

One of my bosses was good. The dealers that I had to deal with were good. Compensation for travelling is average.

Pathetic culture. Abusive language. Very high targets with zero support. They only know push sales and nothing else.

Not saying as a good place to work and develop our ebility,not bad.i had worked in panasonic franchise where the owner running it for his beneficiary money only,mosf of the customers i had met in period of my work are unsatisfied with the service center.I did my best to improve it.
