I have worked in this company for 3 years no good salary no good respect no diwali pongal bonus no salary for time no convince no nothing this company

Not saying as a good place to work and develop our ebility,not bad.i had worked in panasonic franchise where the owner running it for his beneficiary money only,mosf of the customers i had met in period of my work are unsatisfied with the service center.I did my best to improve it.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work culture. No time for own. Company thinks giving salary means you work like dog day and night , no Sunday holidays etc... Third Class culture. My Life's worst decision that I had chosen this third class company. Beware friends.

Panasonic is struggling to make sales since a long time. It is highly understaffed due to which there is no work life balance, specially in my department. The management and other teams have very poor understanding of the value of Marketing and we struggle to get work done though agencies because we are not not supported well by the other teams on which we are dependent for the budgets. Any body looking to join under marketing or category management roles- do not join here.
