Teammates are very cooperative,job security is good,career growth is also good,increment in salary two times in a year,walking distance.no politics,learning is very good,work environment is good,10 to 20% daily work remain balance.

Dislikes

Teammates ,training ,job security,career growth, salary, travel,learning,work environment,innovation everything is good.There is no politics. I wanted little change in daily routine work.

Dislikes

There is huge politics in IT department and there is no any supportive people. I have left the organisation after that HR calling me for EXIT interview, This is not right way to take exit feedback with employees. Please confirm with the candidate before joining related to working days if 5Days or 6Days, Do not ask to employees after joining you have to work 6Days.
