Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Salary and expenses on time..expense policy is good. Culture is so nice supportive but some policy's is so worst.

No Investment, other segment product you also promote like i am in vaccine and i have to sale diaper and wipe.😒 ill happily keep promoting and sailing if they give more vaccine or pharma brands .

The manpower is less. So, the only good point is that you gain experience handling lots of responsibities on your own.

Dislikes

No scope of skill improvisation, specially for brand managers. No stability, inappropriate compensation.

...cal atmosphere is too pity. No career growth or opportunity across organisation. They are yet not paying salaries on time (almost for last 4 years salary delay by 4 months). If you looking for building up your career, say no for Panacea - Delhi /Mumbai (any division, any role)

Dislikes

No salary given on time ever for last 4 years. Frustrations all across in organisation due to same. Bosses play too much in politics. No career opportunity at all. Extremely dull ambience in organisation. average age of employees are 40 years, so no young individual will be able to thrive there.
