I got salary timely from the company but there is a big issue regarding my package i have completed 4year in panacea still my package is just 2.5 lack but new bde who joining the company got 3lacks package on same territory .senior bde of company is like a pillar company should give him more support as compare to new bde . Salary and expenses on time..expense policy is good. Culture is so nice supportive but some policy's is so worst.

No Investment, other segment product you also promote like i am in vaccine and i have to sale diaper and wipe.😒 ill happily keep promoting and sailing if they give more vaccine or pharma brands .

There is a lot of pressure in panacea biotec. One person is expected to do the work of three, and if the work isn't finished, they're stopped without any extra pay for overtime. If production is not met, they are let go without notice. The workload is so much that you won’t even have time to learn anything new.
