...rned many things, got help from colleagues anytime. Working environment is good. In the salary part & all they never hold if there is not any dispute. Good thing is that company not deducted a single penny or hold if you deserve. Secondly what I have seen communication between every department whether it S&M or HO or Plant or PD have good communication. Thirdly, Office culture is Good.

Dislikes

Career Growth & increment is never match your expectations, it's very much slow. Some policies should need to be change, i.e. Bonus or Incentive polices, CTC Structure etc. Need to give open hand for Field employees/Jr. Level. Somewhere 'micromanagement' effects on employees. Working hour is in pen & paper 9 hours for all HO employees which is stretched 10-12 hours most of the time.

...ey are not provide any training but give you bulk pressure of "meaningless Job".They hold salary for any small issue HR or MD not take care of employee they only depends their Reporting person

Product is a satisfactory. Company is a financially sound. Timely getting salary. work environment also good

Don't Job Security, Don't good travel policy, Training and skill development activity is also poor.

Management is Strong. Take care of employees satisfaction. Good Product Range for Field Crop. Skilled Managers & Management. HR policies is well and good. Marketing & Sales team is Strong. Has good brand value. RnD is also strong.

Dislikes

Incriment policy is need to improve. Need to focus on Vegetables Segment. Giving chance in below mid manager level employees.

Policy is very bad. I was a soilder & placed in border for fight with enemy but they bounded my hand & legs. Owner is all in one. Everyday they can change policies & you are bound to obey that You are a king but no power i:e powerless king.
