...still working with pamac. It is really good experience as I am on notice period. Salary package is less which is everyone requirement. But I learnt many things here. I will suggest to work with this company. I gained knowledge in my field.

low Salary, a lot work load according to the salary, no compensation who works at night shift the salary would be the same if you are working at day shift or night, they take more and give you nothing

...m not dislike of PAMAC working procedure. But i Need a permanent or regular job. This facilities not available in PAMAC and still i can't get my last month salary.

Its an organisation giving lots of work with to less salary and even increament is not good. Also managers doing partiality ove giving position and increament. Manager didnt understand employee health issue or ur family emergency they only want that u support company but when u need support in some emergency they will only look gor their work to get done bhad me jaye apka personal emergency or ur helth issue they were to bad
