Its an organisation giving lots of work with to less salary and even increament is not good. Also managers doing partiality ove giving position and increament. The thing i like about pamac is the job security.

Dislikes

.... They don't care about you they just only wants from you to complete your work. They will not pay you extra is you overtime and they expect you to use your own money from transportation is you are working late and there are lot of issue which i don't think I'm explain is comment.

It's a great place for a fresher to start from Pamac Finserve Pvt Ltd. There's job security and the work culture is very smooth and simple. A fresher can learn many thing about work, corporate style working etc being in Pamac Finserve Pvt Ltd. The management is quite supportive as well.
