lack of work, most times without work they keep seating employees, too much work hours with less work, have not seen any growth with 2 years any of, salary growth is taking 2 oe 3 years depends of main authority mood heard, worst work environment senior employees ,colleague every morning fight and shouting on each other very loudly, lots of abusing languages using from authority person , no innovation seen withing 2 years, hidden document from employees, not giving salary slip have to ask every time, appointment letter also need to ask , worst experience ever, and waste my 2 years investment. no respect and value of ther employees, main authority person literally kicking employees with his leg and abuse them plus harassing and insulting them
