New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...ior is too bad towords his employees. He talk only nonsense dont have manner . He didn't give my 10days salary and experience which is have incurred to visit client place. Many of his clients believe that he is a CA but he is not. Even he dont care about client one of his client. He filed wrong income tax return by claiming more than ra. 300000 tds and client received notice and he was following up since dec 2022 to feb 2024.but he didn't respond. Jay shah allotted me tds return work i have asked him can i get data for tds payment of that respective client. Then he replied dont ask if he provide data then do the working and send him challan. And client left him

...ifteen days but after he and hr not responded to my call or give false promise..also they were deduct salary and telling reason as because of your work our client suffer tax penalty etc(one of my colleague exp...her 2500 rs deduct from her salary) after my resign around four to five employees are resign the job.(some of them old employee)..my suggestion for new candidates please clear all the thing in written

The boss is very arogant.He hire staff at the time of work those from April to October and then after try their best for removing such employee.Please guys don't go for this company I found this company worst ever.
