It is an absolute horror working in this company. The office conditions is worse than the condition of Mumbai Dharavi. There’s dust and mosquitoes everywhere. The bathrooms are absolutely dirty and smelly. There are always pe stains on them, you will surely get a uti working there. They don’t care about the sanitation at all. From dead mouse in ac to no water in bathrooms, from mouse eating up wires to no internet on computers I have seen it all. Above all the place is small and compact and they keep chemical coated lehenga in them closed for days which causes severe eye burns and for some people allergic reaction. But they really don’t care about the health or problems of the employees.

In this company they have no formal rules n regulations. Even they dont even have a proper washroom. Just forget work life balance here. The owner have no idea about how to run a business in fashion industry. They always doubt their employees about leak of data. It is the WORST EXPERIENCE in my job life there. Educated employees hardly can work there for 2weeks. Every weeks they have to interview for the vaccant position.
