The Schools first priority is the safety of the children.Mangement always insists that the Staff is always alert in taking care of the children.I have seen two dynamic principals in my tenure striving towards the betterment of the school.Both the parents and the management wants quality work.So,if the quality of your work is good and you as a Teacher is always active and come up with innovative ideas then you can survive their and the management is always their to support the employees in all possible ways.

Salary and Appraisal can be better.

Nothing is there to like the school

Dislikes

Hectic and boring. Co teachers will target the new teachers Worst managements with least salaries. Parents are not at all cooperative and most of them are illiterates. Ugly washrooms. No separate washrooms for staff. Every teacher talks behind the back of other teachers with principal.

I like working for education industry where you are seeing the future leaders and you feel good to be part of their success in some way or the other.

Dislikes

No appraisals, no promotions, no proper work evaluation. No proper processes and line of communication.

Good place to work to implement the innovative and creative methodology

School Transport and the ambience of school at alwal is disappointing how much ever academics are good but these two are disappointing

The team of coordinators and teachers strive for excellence under the able guidance of Principal Ma'am and Director Sir. Very good management and policies in place are very employee friendly. Overall a a sacred and serene work environment with freedom to innovate and implement resourceful ideas.
