No one will explain you anything but they want you to do everything and the seniors behaviour is like mood swings & everything is done by them they think, work culture is people around you don't know anything & they don't want to learn for stagnant life to be a slave you can join there.

Seniors behaviour, they only wait for defame the people, to step up the ladder only tamilians will be respected and destructive behaviour of management
