There is no salary ,, everything is based on comission, if you give a customer that will donate in ngo 3600 rs you will only get 500rs , I do recommend don't go for this org. There is no base salary

Don't ever get yourself in this trap.No salary and the job is to make people emotional and extract money from them.They are just raising funds for NGOs and also there's no fixed payment and they all just want to fool people by their big big talks.. A big NOOO for the organization.Huge fraud running under one roof. 🤮There was nothing to like about the work as it was all operating as a scam to trap freshers.No salary and they dont tell you about the same until hiring, No company perks, No holidays, the parent company has a lot of cases against it thus they open associate companies all the time to get away with bad rep, kindly search about APCO group or QASPL and you will understand the issues every employee had with this organisation. This is just a trap for freshers and even most of their employees are freshers since the experienced ones can see through the scam.

I like the Company Culture there and how the trainers interacted with everyone and helped them.

Work Life balance is absolutely shit you have to work like 14 hrs a day asking for donation from people by going through their homes it is just pathetic.

The environment we provide is very very helpful for a fresher to develop their skills and confidence. And every day you learn a lot of things which are helpful not only with us, but anywhere they go. Mentors are also very helpful in every step.
