Salary is only 12000 thats is not a salary...worst timings and company does not supports employees on the way the treat the employee is really terrible worst place to work.on top of that they will give preasure like hell for that salary its not good thing hr and other departments doesnot supportive

Company culture is too good Educated staffs are less Product knowledge less in staffs They have to be strict,which of the steps taking from MD sir, need to be followed strictly Even anyone can make sale,but the way they have to learn communication with customer , and the way to respond for customers

Working in pai international is great experience but the most terrifying situation is as of me, they never tried to know deeply what's going on in stores politics. I am talking about AP region, because in AP market, all employees are like political leaders. Wolf pack.
