There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2Years beforehand which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nothing The job was a jock, they are yet to pay my last mknth salary and extra 10,000rs for painting their walls. They are cheap and humiliating, not once i got my salary one right time

Mostly it's management and of course the fact that they are just taking money and not giving salary to staffs om the right time. They using their clients

...defined and there is so much mismanagement. Not at all a place to work and grow. Salary comes on 10th every month how ridiculous. A place for chit chats and gossips rather than work. Unhealthy competition and toxicity among different centers of Pahal Design.
