Well known brand, Customer likes their products. Brand pull is extremely good. Salary on time, expenses on time, excellent medical settlement. Helpful HR team. Good implementation of IT tools, everything is based on data work. Very good Distribution policy. Vertical alignment is in excellent proportional. MD, CEO all are great. It's a great place to learn the Distribution model.

Dislikes

Extremely unorganised managers, every pressure delegates to Sales Officers. Always need to proof yourself regarding every job done. There is no starting and ending time of your job. No family work life balance. Everyday Mid / Senior Managers will engage their Sales Officers to work as per their agenda then after month end they will screw you why things not happened properly. No freedom of work techniques. HO people have zero idea about ground reality. They recruit outside dump people with high salary from telecom industry and disgrace their own contributing employees. SOs have to take all the working responsibilities after fixed market hours. Sometimes they will force you to work on Sundays.

Organisation is very Employee friendly.Management always eyes to dominate the trade,that provides the freedom to explore ourselves the best.

Salary part is good but career growth is a concern to look at.

Great company to work with, always get support of seniors. But training and learning part is weak, have gód compensation policy.

Weak learning and development policy, contains politics in between due to which a work oriented person suffers

Work environment was good 4-5 months back. But now its a terrible working culture. No job security. Job thread came from gm.

Salary and benefits. No equality maintain here. For same jobs profile hell and heaven difference in salary. Also incentive part. Those who have small target they have same incentive structure.

This company is good in innovation about his product and good in market implementation strategy and caring about employee salary and market give good response for get better result.

Only salary getting on time is not give us comfort, work pressure is too much high working is not suitable. 12 Hour working is not good for employee health, mentally pressure and as well as effective for company business. Senior management doing partiality with employee and doing politics with employee and there is no listening by HR or any other. In page industries job securities is 0%. And in my working experience with page industries there is no transparency by senior management or HR team or any other.
