...a day. Strict timings. No coffe tea break. Only exact 30 minutes of lunch break. If u late by 10 minutes salary will be deducted. Only 9 leaves per year. No sick and other leaves

Dislikes

Managers and management nobody as not supported and most of the time debited to employees (silly reason). Every time gün point work load. Working timings also not fixable every day working late night. All managers should be backets 🪣🪣

Excellent Work Place Ethics and Cultural Heritage is followed here. Also growth aspects in Career is very much Timely manner for all Staff levels. University for Youngers to learn and grow in their future based on the experience created to them in this Company.

Dominance at Factory by individual not allowing other members to grow or shine and become next level growth or designation and hurry up mode of work to rush for Manufacturing the Products.
